How to make a Glitch Art on Photoshop CS5 ?

I was exploring on internet for glitch art because of my Final Exam Project on the Fashion and Accessories design. And I made the Glitch Art with Installation Tv Art Photo on the left side.

I used these two ımages on the Photoshop to create a Glicth Art.
I looked and gathered information from  people who do it really hard and i tried my own one.
If you want a image looks like an digital art based wok, you should try to play little bit with color channels on the photoshop and little bit from layers and their options and a tad from the filter gallery..
And ta-daa your own image for your blog or website or for your instagram etc ready to use. 
Lets see how i did it step by step
(ı ll start from the basic informations)

First open the Photoshop CS5 and be sure that you follow that path :
New File

Click file and select Place and find your image and place it to the Photoshop and click Enter. After that Click Moving Tool (V) and move your Image Original to top of the area just by holding it with Left Mouse Click.


Right Click to the Layer that you placed your image, and Select the Duplicate the Layer 3 Times for the Process that we ll do,

After that step , if you wish you could change your Layers name to not to mix them up later. First of all Click the Eye to See the Layer . Choose Layer named Copy , Right Click to  the Layer and select Blending Options. Click out the R ( RED ),

Apply the all of  the same differences that i make on the Blending Options Panel. After that Click OK.

Click to the Layer that named Copy 2, again click the Eye to the Box to See the Layer, and from the application bar , Click Image > Adjustments > Hue and Saturation.  Be sure that you made the saturation - 100 . Click OK.

We will continue to make Effects on the Layer , Copy 2 .
If you wish slighty move the Layer Copy 2 with Moving Tool (V) , to Right or Left.
After that to add the Glitch/Wave and Sizzle affects to the Image ,we will Click on the FILTER > DISTORT > WAVE . Be sure that you change the Number of Generations 36 ( ı mae a mistake and uploaded the black selected number area photo ^^ ) and set the numbers same as the Photo that shows the digits. After that Click OK.

Now we could change our Layer to Copy 3 and again Click the box to See the Layer. After that Right Click to the Layer that named Copy 3 and Choose Blending Options. Be sure that you changed the Selections as same as the photo that i uploaded again. Then Click OK.
*If you wish Move all of the images to the bottom of the Area EXCEPT of the IMAGE ORIGINAL to have the same Order of Images that i have..

After that add the Image that named Scanline from File > Place and afer selecting the image, Click Place.

   
 Select the image that named Scanline and Right Click to Layer photoshop_scanlines.. and Choose Blending Options and be sure that you changed the selection like i did on the ımage.

We re nearly finished the process but the Result will be Great ! .
So we will work on the same layer and be sure you Chose the photoshop_scanlines.. Layer and  follow the path ,  FILTER > DISTORT  > WAVE . Then changing the selections like i did Click OK.

As a Final Step, we will add Layer from Layers Window on the Right Below we will Click - Create a New Layer. Be sure you selected the Layer and if you wish you could change the name of the Layer by double clicking on the name, change as Background.
Then the final step is clicking the Paint Bucket Tool ( shortcut is G ) and Click Paint Bucket Tool .
Then Double Click to the Color Picker ( Cyan colored Square on the Left Bottom ) and choose your color as your wish. Click OK.
Finally we will Click the File > Save As . After that Choose the File Format as JPEG or PNG and Click Save.
And Done !
